Notice of Price Adjustment for Select Danfoss Drives Products | 2026

We extend our sincere gratitude for your ongoing trust and partnership.

Since 2025, the sustained increase in prices of key raw materials for frequency converters has significantly impacted our production and operational costs.

To maintain the high standard of product quality and superior customer experience that Danfoss is known for, we have made the careful decision to implement a price adjustment on a portion of the Danfoss Drives portfolio, effective as follows:

The list prices for the VLT® Micro Drive FC 51 series, VLT® Micro Drive FC 21 series compact frequency converters, along with their associated options and spare parts, will increase by 5%.

This adjustment will take effect officially at 00:00 (midnight) on February 9, 2026. All orders for affected products placed from this time onward will be subject to the new pricing.

An updated standard price list for conventional drive products will be communicated and made available in due course.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued cooperation regarding this necessary measure.
