PRICE ADJUSTMENT NOTICE — DANFOSS DRIVES CHINA

Danfoss Drives China has announced a price adjustment covering Danfoss drives, related accessories, service spare parts and a logistics surcharge. The changes will apply to new orders received from 00:00 on August 19, 2026.

Adjustment Details

According to the customer and partner notice issued by Danfoss (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Drives Division, the following adjustments will take effect:

• All Danfoss drives and related accessories: 5% price increase

• Danfoss drives service spare parts: 10% price increase

• All product orders: additional 1% logistics surcharge

Effective Date and Order Scope

The revised pricing will take effect at 00:00 on August 19, 2026. It will apply to all new orders received from that time onward. Danfoss stated that an updated Danfoss Drives China Standard Drives Product Price List will be released separately.

Factors Behind the Adjustment

The notice attributes the changes to continued increases in raw-material and logistics costs, together with ongoing pressure on the global electronics supply chain. These conditions continue to affect the cost structure of industrial drive products, accessories and service components.

Procurement teams, system integrators, panel builders and maintenance departments may wish to review planned Danfoss Drives purchases before the effective date. Buyers should confirm the applicable product category, revised unit pricing and logistics surcharge when preparing budgets or evaluating new quotations.
